University WLAN system (WiPS)
WiPS is the Wireless LAN (WLAN) system used at the Bonn-Rhine-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. All members of the University can access the internet from a laptop on the Rheinbachor Sankt Augustin campuses - no wires required.
Access to WiPS
You need a laptop computer with a working WLAN card. Usually, no changes to laptop settings are required. The WiPS registration site will appear automatically when you open your browser.
User recognition for the WiPS system
Every student enrolled here has a university e-mail account. You can use this account to log in to the WiPS system.
